Have you ever noticed the dash (-) situated in the middle of the date people were born in, and the date they died?

It is very surprising how our life, no matter how short or long it is, can be summed up with this dash. It is very small, and many can argue that it is not sufficient to give justice to the life one has lived, but this small character is very powerful for it captures the unique and outstanding characteristics of the deceased, and the way he/she touched others’ lives.

Have you ever contemplated on how you want others to remember you? A piece of advice: live your life the best way you can, and make a mark that your own dash can best reflect you.
